Medicare patients for those referred under a
GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP)

As of 22nd June 2026,
Our clinic will no longer bulk-bill Medicare for Podiatry consultations.

This decision has been made after careful consideration of a number of factors, including rising operational costs, the increasing time and resources required to provide high-quality podiatric care, and the ongoing sustainability of our practice.

From this date, the full consultation fee will be required to be paid upfront at the time of your appointment. Your Medicare rebate will then be deposited directly into your nominated bank account within 1–2 working days, provided your details are registered with Medicare.

Our fees are as follows:
• Standard consultation: $78 (out-of-pocket cost $16.20)
Concession card holders: $73 (out-of-pocket cost $11.20)

• Initial consultation and long consultations: $95 (out-of-pocket cost $33.20)
Concession card holders: $89 (out-of-pocket cost $27.20)

The revised fees reflect a minimal increase and remain lower than most other podiatry practices in the area.

Medicare rebates will continue to apply for eligible services.
Our reception team will be happy to explain fees, rebates, and any available options prior to your appointment.

Unfortunately, due to Medicare regulations, we are unable to charge just the out-of-pocket gap amount.

We understand this change may cause inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and continued support. Please do not hesitate to contact the clinic if you have any questions or concerns.

Please note patients remain responsible for monitoring the number of Allied Health services they access each calendar year under Medicare.

Medicare rebates are only available for a maximum of five (5) visits per year.  Any services provided beyond this limit will not be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
